Registered Dental Assistant – Lake Cities Dental (Colleyville, TX)
Our modern, patient-centered private dental office in Colleyville, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality dentistry in a warm, professional environment where both patients and team members feel valued.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced private practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general and restorative procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control standards.
- Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays).
- Manage instruments, materials, and sterilization protocols.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative instructions.
- Chart accurately and assist with clinical documentation.
- Support smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (required).
- Current CPR certification.
- 3+ years experience in a private dental practice preferred
- Proficiency with digital X-rays and dental software (CurveHero experience a plus, but we are willing to train).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to patient care.

Schedule:
- Full-time (preferred) or part-time opportunity available
- Monday–Thursday 7am - 3pm
- Every other Friday 7am - 12pm
